Challenge
Need for Unified Work Reporting: AGILAWYER required a solution that would enable employees to efficiently and uniformly track their working hours. Their existing system was inadequate for workers engaged in multiple projects and relied on using the corporate network and work devices for logging hours.
System Limitations: The current application frequently experienced downtime or was overloaded, impacting its reliability. Additionally, it lacked integration with invoicing systems and offered only very basic reporting capabilities, making it difficult to generate comprehensive and actionable insights.
Business Development Needs: As AGILAWYER company grew, they needed to address project tracking and required a more robust solution for managing leads and clients. Although they used YouTrack for project and task management, it was not connected to the reporting tool.

Adoption of LegiSpace: We introduced LegiSpace to provide AGILAWYER with an advanced work management and reporting system. This solution allows employees to fill out their timesheets from any location and on various devices via the web, making work reporting much more flexible and user-friendly.
Integrated Calendar and Task Reporting: Employees can generate reports based on events from their integrated calendar or by tracking hours against specific projects and tasks. This integration ensures accuracy and ease of reporting.
Automated Metrics Tracking: LegiSpace automates the tracking of worked hours, remaining required hours for the month, and other relevant metrics, reducing manual effort and potential errors.
Enhanced Managerial Oversight: Managers can now oversee and correct work reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This oversight helps maintain the integrity of work reporting.
Improved Reporting for Accounting and Leadership: The new system provides clear and comprehensive work reports that facilitate easier accounting and offer leadership valuable insights into expenses, work distribution, key performance indicators (KPIs), and areas for potential optimization.
Business Development Enhancement: With LegiSpace integration, their project management tool is now connected to the reporting system, providing transparent visibility of completed work. Additionally, the lead board developed by LegiSpace offers a comprehensive overview of leads and opportunities, enhancing business development and increasing sales success.
